Chris and Carolyn Casper opened The Flagler Fish Company in 2005 to the delight of the Flagler Beach community. Located just a couple blocks off the Atlantic and directly adjacent to the local farmer's market, this restaurant is one-of-a-kind in this quaint and cozy beach town.

A combination restaurant and retail market, people come to The FFC from around the region and beyond for a taste of the freshest seafood available. With great relationships with local fishermen, you can find more than 20 types of fresh fish and seafood daily, including tuna, salmon, Chilean sea bass and lobster. If you're dining in, you can choose your catch straight from the case and they'll cook it as you wish.

Having owned restaurants for nearly 20 years, the Caspers pay great attention to impeccable detail in both the food they offer as well as the service they provide. Comprised of a group of knowledgeable and dedicated individuals, the FFC team ensures everyone leaves the restaurant feeling satisfied with their dining or retail experience.

Attention to detail such as memorizing the names of customers – not an easy task as they see thousands of people a week – as well as remembering any food allergies they may have, all while providing service that goes above and beyond their expectations.

Offering both indoor and outdoor dining with an upscale yet casual beach atmosphere, The FFC is ideal for both business lunches and post-beach family dinners. Whether you're in flip flops or wingtips, you'll be happy you came to enjoy the food, ambiance and great company.

If seafood isn't your favorite, they also carry USDA Prime Hand Cut Rib-eye, Filet Mignon, New York Strip Steaks and burgers as well as incredible soups, salads, pastas, sandwiches and more.

They are a Slow Foods recognized restaurant, meaning that they proudly source and use a wide variety of local products. They are also registered with the "Fresh from Florida" program as a restaurant that uses Florida fish, shellfish, and produce. For the wine enthusiasts, they offer approximately 30 different wines that are constantly evolving. They feature several organic wines and are also known for their diverse selection of premium, domestic, craft and Organic beers.

At The FFC, they pride themselves on being "green". They recycle daily and pay a little extra to be able to use recyclable take-out containers (no Styrofoam), and carry only recyclable straws, drink cups, and cutlery. The FFC continually supports local charities such as The Tommy Tant Scholarship Fund, The Community Partnership for Children, Family Life Center, Flagler Volunteer Centers, Flagler Sheriff's PAL, Teacher Appreciation, Miss Flagler County Pageant, Turtle Patrol, Rally for a Cure, Friends of A1A, church organizations and many more.
